SCHOOL ABUSE

All applicable laws and procedures shall be followed and will be reviewed with staff on a yearly basis.

When the administration learns a staff member is being investigated for abuse by the Department of Human Services and/or the District Attorney's office, that staff member will be placed on leave-of-absence.  The employee will retain active employee status including pay during this time.
